Learn how to apply a methodical approach to making important personal and professional decisions in a complex, dynamic and uncertain world. In this course, students look at uncertainties and tradeoffs in terms of alternatives, information, and preferences and use a structured conversation based on actional thought to obtain clarity of action in a wide variety of domains. A guest lecture features a professional who is currently practicing as a decision analyst. Industry students will be able to immediately and directly apply course concepts and distinctions to their professional, as well as their personal, experiences.
